We provide shipping to the US and Canada. If you are unable to order to your region, please contact us.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?

Estimated Delivery Time is 8-30 business days. If demands are high it might take up to 50.
If you're unable to track your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

HOW DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
As soon as your order has shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING UPDATING?

Tracking information is available within 5-10 days after your order has shipped (it may tale longer depending on how fast the postal services are processing shipments).

We ship all our merchandise from warehouses all over the World including China , Europe and the USA.

Please send us an email with your name and order number if there's no update after 10 business days.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can cancel it for Free.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. 

To cancel your order, please contact us with your order number.

IM MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

  • We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. 
  • If an item is missing, please contact us with the order number, the missing item's name and a picture of the package showing the shipping label

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND/REPLACEMENT?

Due to the production method we use for all of our products, we cannot accept returns. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
